ORDER OF DISMISSAL

MICHAEL PETOSKEY, Trial Court Judge.

This matter come before the Court for hearing on Plaintiffs Complaint. The parties appeared and placed a stipulation on the record, wherein it was agreed that the Court would find that neither had engaged in any wrongful or unethical conduct, and Plaintiff would dismiss her Complaint in this matter, now therefore,

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court adopts the stipulation of the parties, and the above-named action is dismissed.
