The questions involved were as to defendant’s negligence and plaintiff’s contributory negligence. The Court (Freedman, J., writing, Dugro and Gildersleeve, JJ., concurring) held, that under the evidence those questions were properly submitted to thé jury, and that the evidence supported the verdict and affirmed the judgment and order, with costs.
