PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff below appeals from a judgment in favor of the defendant insurer. The stipulation entered into between the parties in the trial court, as to the facts and the questions involved, were such as to bring this case within the authority and control of the decision rendered by the first district court of appeal in Roberts v. Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Ins. Co., Fla.App.1968, 215 So.2d 59, on authority of which the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed.
