Action for damages for claimed breach of contract in relation to personal services alleged to have been rendered and to be rendered by the plaintiff to the defendants. Order denying motion of the corporate defendant for a separate trial of the issue of general release affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
