For the reasons assigned in the companion suit of Huey Ramsey, et al. v. Continental Insurance Company, (La.App.2d Cir. 1973) 286 So.2d 375, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed.

Continental Insurance Company is assessed with all costs, including the expert witness fee of $50.00.
