Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as the result of the explosion of a compression tank on defendant’s premises, where plaintiff was working for a third party. Judgment in plaintiff’s favor. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Seudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ.
