Opinion

Per Curiam,

There was no error in the admission of the release referred to in the first assigment, nor the testimony of John Benson and Jacob G. Adams, referred to in the second and third assignments. The remaining assignments are to the charge of the court. A careful examination of it fails to disclose any error. We find nothing in this case which requires a discussion.

Judgment affirmed.
