CONFESSION OF ERROR
Defendant, Robert C. Seitz, files this Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence under Fla. R.Crim. P. 3.800, claiming that he did not receive proper credit for' time served. Based on the State’s confession of error, we remand to the trial court to calculate the defendant’s jail credit and to include the calculation in a written sentence.
Remanded with instructions.
