Opinion

Judgment modified as per journal entry herein, and, as modified, affirmed.

It is ordered and adjudged that the judgment of said circuit court be and the same is hereby modified in this, to-wit, that the possession .of the plaintiffs in error of the premises described in the petition is continued to and until the first day of July, A. D. 1911. In all other respects the judgment of the circuit court of Lucas county is affirmed.
