Action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, a boy four years and nine months old, who was struck by defendant’s truck while crossing a street. Judgment for plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ.
