Opinion

In re Glenn D. Rogers applying for writ of certiorari, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of Jefferson. 363 So.2d 246.

Writ denied. We find no error in the judgment of the Court of Appeal. Moreover, the motion for a new trial filed in the trial court on May 12 was not timely.
