Opinion

Per Curiam.

The controlling issue in this case is identical with that in the case of Ryan v. Hirsch, Sheriff, 174 Ohio St., [143]*143461, and, on authority of that case, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is affirmed.

Judgment affirmed.
