Scot Seader’s petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. See Carchman v. Nash, 473 U.S. 716, 105 S.Ct. 3401, 87 L.Ed.2d 516 (1985); see also Irby v. State, 427 So.2d 367 (Fla. 2d DCA 1983).
