PER CURIAM.

Appellants Seaboard Surety Company and American Home Assurance Company appeal from an order denying their motion to transfer venue. We reverse the order based on our decision in Insurance Co. of North America v. Jetstar Development, Inc., 515 So.2d 272 (Fla. 4th DCA 1987). Accordingly, this cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
