Writ granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded to the Court of Appeal for reconsideration of the award to intervenor in accordance with Brooks v. Chicola, 514 So.2d 7 (La.1987) and to treat plaintiffs claim for past medical expenses.
