Opinion

STEAGALL, Justice.

Our action in quashing the writ of certiora-ri in this case should not be taken as an expression of approval regarding the Court of Civil Appeals’ application of Ex parte Andrews, 520 So.2d 507 (Ala.1987), and Owens v. Coleman, 520 So.2d 514 (Ala.1987), to the facts of this case.

WRIT QUASHED AS IMPROVIDENTLY GRANTED.

HORNSBY, C.J., and MADDOX, SHORES, HOUSTON, INGRAM and COOK, JJ., concur.
