On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

BROWN, Judge.

On the authority of Ex parte Scroggins, 727 So.2d 131 (Ala.1998), Nathaniel Scroggins’s convictions are reversed and this cause is remanded to the circuit court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

LONG, P.J., and McMILLAN, COBB, and BASCHAB, JJ., concur.
