Opinion

THOMPSON, Judge.

Robert and Wanda Schweigel seek an appeal of a non-final, nonappealable order. Fla. R.App. P. 9.130. However, we treat the appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari and deny the petition. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.040(c); 9.100(d).

[451] PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORA-RI DENIED.

PETERSON, C.J., and ANTOON, J., concur.
