In re Schroeder, Natalie Jean; — Plaintiffs); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of St. Bernard, 34th Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 39-458; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 89CW-1478.

Granted. Judgment of the trial court denying the exception of jurisdiction is reversed. It is ordered that the exception of lack of jurisdiction be maintained and that the rule to change custody be dismissed.

CALOGERO and DENNIS, JJ., would deny the writ.
