Order denying plaintiffs’ motion to strike out as insufficient in law the five affirmative defenses contained in the answer of defendants Howes and Yerks, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
