Judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered September 8, 1978, affirmed. No opinion. Appeal from an order of the same court, dated October 27, 1980, dismissed. The motion was one for reargument and no appeal lies from an order denying reargument. Defendants are awarded one bill of costs to cover both appeals. Hopkins, J.P., Rabin, Gulotta and Thompson, JJ., concur.
