Opinion

THOMPSON, C.J.

The School Board of Orange County appeals a preliminary injunction. We quash the injunction because we agree with the school board that there was no showing whatsoever that the appellee was likely to prevail on the merits. See, e.g., Yardley v. Albu, 826 So.2d 467 (Fla. 5th DCA 2002).

REVERSED.

GRIFFIN and SAWAYA, JJ., concur.
