Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as the result of defendant’s moving his bus as the plaintiff, a passenger, was in the act of alighting. Judgment of the County Court of Rockland county in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
