Order denying motion of appellants to vacate a notice of examination before trial of appellant Henry Brandt, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements; the examination to proceed at Special Term, Part II, Supreme Court, Kings County, on five days’ notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ„ concur.
