On argument, order granting in part plaintiff’s motion for a bill of particulars modified by striking therefrom the items numbered 5 and 6, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to appellant; the particulars to be served within five days from the entry of the order herein. Young, Carswell, Davis and Taylor, JJ., concur; Johnston, J., not voting.
