Opinion

—In an action for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien upon real property, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vinik, J.), dated October 28, 1991, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The defendant has raised no triable issues of fact (see, CPLR 3212). Bracken, J. P., Balletta, O’Brien and Pizzuto, JJ., concur.
