Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by granting only items 1, 6, 9, 18 (but limited to a general account of the work, etc.), 19, 31, 32, 37, 50, 54, 55, 59, 60, 62, 63, 67, 68, 72, 80, 82, 84 and 87, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice. Present —1 Martin, P. J., Townley, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.
