In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered August 3, 1960, denying their motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
