Opinion

Order denying motion to dismiss action for want of prosecution reversed upon the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs. Issue was joined in this case on March 14, 1917. No reasonable excuse is shown for the failure to bring the case to trial. Lazansky, P. J., Rich, Young, Seudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
