Opinion

No triable issue is shown to exist as to the verity and conclusiveness of the documentary evidence upon which the defense is founded. It has been correctly held that the unsworn statement of a third person, submitted by respondent, does not reveal that any person, authorized by appellants to do so, made any representation as to respondent’s employment. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel and Wenzel, JJ., concur; Sneed, J., dissents and votes to affirm.
