In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and for loss of services and for medical expenses, order granting plaintiffs’ motion for leave to serve an amended notice of claim and for other relief, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to respondents, payable by appellant. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Beldoek and Murphy, JJ., concur.
