Opinion
We conclude that there is competent substantial evidence to support the findings of the trial court regarding dependency announced in open court. We remand, however, for entry of a written order in conformity to the court’s oral pronouncements. In addition, the trial court on remand shall make written findings with respect to M.P. in accordance with section 39.521(l)(f), Florida Statutes (2001).
AFFIRMED and REMANDED.
