By the Court.

—The defendant below, came in and filed a written plea, in which, he took no notice of the omission of the name of the township, but put his defence simply on the ground that he had not obstructed the Highway, and the jury found against him. We do not think it correct to disturb this judgment.

Judgment affirmed.
