In re: Harold L. Savoie, applying for remedial writs.
Writ denied. We officially take note, however, that the two complaints against the petitioner were found to be without merit. Nevertheless, under Art. 15, Section 10(a) of the Articles of Incorporation, the Committee is under a duty to maintain a confidential permanent record of all complaints whether founded or unfounded.
