Opinion
Upon Hearing Council on both Sides, It is the Opinion of this Court, That the Devise of Lambert Saunders of the Negroes to Samuel Saunders, and [360]*360the Heirs of his Body lawfully begotten, is a good Devise in Law; They being thereby absolutely Vested in the said Samuel his Executors etc. and the Remainder over Voyd; Therefore the Demurrer in this case, is Allowed and the Bill dismisst, with Costs to be paid by the Complainant.
