Satchell v. State

288 S.W. 1118
Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas·Decided December 15, 1926·No. No. 10459·Published

Opinion

LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction in district court of McLennan county of murder; punishment fixed at death. We regret to observe that the record is before us without any statement of facts or, bills of exception. The indictment appears to be regular, and the charge of the court submitted the law covering the case as made by the indictment. Finding no error in the record, the judgment will be affirmed.
