Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Samuel Sapp has filed this petition for writ of certiorari timely challenging the trial court’s order summarily denying his latest motion for post-conviction relief. We have re-designated this to be an appeal of that order, and summarily affirm.

DAMOORGIAN, C.J., WARNER and CONNER, JJ., concur.
