Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The order of the Judge of Compensation Claims dismissing the petition for lack of jurisdiction is affirmed without prejudice to appellant to first proceed to the appropriate circuit court to resolve the parties’ dispute over the lien agreement. IMC Agrico MP, Inc. v. Faulk, 783 So.2d 321 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001).

AFFIRMED.
