Opinion
Following review of the petition for writ of certiorari and the response and reply thereto, we grant the petition only with respect to the provision in paragraph 3 of the February 1, 2011, order contingently providing for the issuance ex parte of a writ of bodily attachment for Silvio Cardo-so without a further hearing. The petition is denied in all other respects.
