PER CURIAM.

DISMISSED. See Benton v. Moore, 655 So.2d 1272 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995) (dismissing appeal as premature where order merely granted motion without entering judgment thereon). The appellee’s Motion Permitting Lower Tribunal to Render Final Order, filed on December 23, 2008, is denied.
