Pratt, J.

A careful examination of the case and the authorities cited have failed to disclose any error. The judge who tried the case filed a carefully-prepared opinion, which meets fully the issue involved, and renders discussion now unnecessary.

We think the case must be affirmed upon the opinion below, with costs.
