Judgment reversed on the law and facts, with costs, and complaint dismissed, with costs, on the ground that the finding of negligence on the part of the defendant is contrary to and against the weight of the evidence. All concur, Sears, P. J., and Edgeomb, J., also upon the ground that plaintiff’s wife was shown to be guilty of contributory negligence.
