Conviction for selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary. The record is before us without any bills of exception or statement of facts. The indictment charges the offense. There is no complaint of the charge of the court. The judgment and sentence follow the charge. No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
