For the reasons set forth in the companion ease hereto, William Henry Sanders v. Carl Zeagler, et al, 95-1344 (La.App. 3 Cir. 3/6/96); 670 So.2d 748, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part; reversed in part; and amended.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART AND AMENDED.
