Opinion

HARDY, Judge.

This is a companion case to the suit of Blakeslee v. Hamm, La.App., 56 So.2d 156. The cases were consolidated for trial and for purposes of appeal.

For the reasons set forth in our opinion in the above numbered and entitled cause the judgment from which appealed is amended to the extent of reducing said judgment from the sum of $339.75 to the sum of $239.75, and as amended is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are taxed against plaintiff-appellee.
