Opinions

PER CURIAM.

Agreeing with the trial court’s pronouncements that clear and convincing reasons support departure from the sentencing guidelines, State v. Mischler, 488 So.2d 523 (Fla.1986); Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.701(d)(11), we affirm appellant’s sentence.

Affirmed.

BASKIN and GERSTEN, JJ., concur.
