Opinion

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, and for medical expenses and loss of services, the appeal is from an order granting respondents’ motion for reargument and on reargument denying appellants’ motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of prosecution (Civ. Prae. Act, § 181; Rules Civ. Prae., rule 156). Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Murphy, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
