Opinion
This is an appeal from a judgment in a fraud and conversion case. Because appel-lee failed to prove any of the alleged tor-tious conduct occurred within the statute of limitations time period, and because the evidence presented to support the verdict and judgment was legally insufficient, we reverse the judgment.
REVERSED.
