Opinion

Bill and answer read; on motion of Mr. Pringle solicitor for complainant, ordered, that all matters of account between complainant and defendant he referred to the master, to make his report thereon: And that all the deeds, specialties, and notes of hand, in the custody of the defendant, belonging to the complainant, be deposited with the master, subject to the farther direction of this court.
