Motion to dismiss appeal denied.
Motion for a stay of execution granted on condition that appellant promptly pay to the clerk of the Family Court all moneys which may be due respondent and continue to pay the sum of $200 per week to the clerk of said Family Court, who shall retain the sum of $60 per week pending the hearing and determination of this appeal.
